Charlotte NOW

As the grassroots arm of the women’s movement, the National Organization for Women is dedicated to its multi-issue and multi-strategy approach to women’s rights, and is the largest organization of feminist grassroots activists in the United States.

NOW Charlotte is the local arm of NOW and your connector to community organizations and volunteer opportunities focused on reproductive rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, economic and racial justice, ending violence against women and fighting sex discrimination.

We exist as a mutual support system for nonprofits in the area and those looking to advocate, volunteer and give to the organizations making a difference right here, right now in Charlotte.
